# Corporations

Corporations are companies conducting specific operations aboard the 2040WORLD station. In future updates, they will also be able to offer various missions to players.

Despite the fact that licensed avatar technology was jointly developed by corporations, this marked the end of their active collaboration. Each corporation now pursues its own interests and agendas, which intersect at the 2040WORLD station.
